Abstract

The author takes a tour of 6 places on the planet -Croatia and Serbia, Germany, Ukraine, Quebec, Kurdistan and Northern Ireland- in which he proves that nationalism has not disappeared after the fall of the Berlin Wall, but that it arises with force in many areas of the world, especially ethnic nationalism versus civic nationalism, that which makes it possible to be a citizen of a State in compliance with the laws.

An introduction and conclusions frame the nucleus, previously cited, of the work, which despite being a reissue of the 1993 original, is rabid today.
