Las intervenciones intergrupales como estrategia de STRATCOM

La comunicación estratégica de la OTAN es una de las herramientas de mayor progresión en el campo de la guerra informativa en los últimos años. Las capacidades para actuar sobre el ámbito cognitivo la dotan de una gran efectividad para reforzar la acción del poder militar entre civiles y militares. El interés que ha surgido desde la invasión de Crimea por la guerra informativa ha motivado un desarrollo de las capacidades de la comunicación estratégica. Desde la revisión de algunas teorías de la psicología social y grupal, se muestra una serie de intervenciones intergrupales que han probado su efectividad en la disminución del prejuicio y de la animadversión entre grupos y conseguir así avanzar en la gestión de los conflictos, para fortalecer las capacidades de todos los elementos que conforman la acción de la OTAN y en coherencia con las narrativas a transmitir.
